2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve our services, including to facilitate the Smart Search and AI Ownership Verification processes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored. Any chat messages coordinated for an item return are ephemeral and permanently purged after 48 hours to ensure your privacy.

4. Analytics

We use anonymized identifiers for analytics (such as Mixpanel) to understand app usage and improve our features. No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is sent to our analytics providers.
